In this eleventh week of the Master Key experience, I thought I would reflect on my biggest lessons so far. Here are my top ten:
10. I feed my mind inspiring thoughts and my dreams on a regular, daily basis. My new reality is a done deal. It is OK for me to dream, regardless of what others say or think about it.
9. I say No to activities, events, people, if I need to. It opens up my heart and energy to what is truly important.
8. I spend much less time reading email solicitations for nutrition or marketing programs I don’t need. It is much easier to say “No” here, too. I have no fear of “Missing Out” what this XYZ expert has to share. What I need comes to me, naturally.
7. I can still memorize poems. I haven’t done it in years. Turns out I love it!
6. I feel more ‘free’ in expressing myself, on the MKMMA blog and the newsletter/blog posts I create for my business, and I need less time writing. Why? I have an idea, I edit it, I publish. No more questioning myself for a looooooong time.
5. I am more deeply connecting with my innermost being. I enjoy getting very still and quiet. Nature also invites me to revel in its brilliant rhythms. There is a purpose for everything, even the dark winter. I am worthy of taking time for myself.
4. I don’t need TV or even movies. I have more satisfying ways to entertain or inspire myself.
3. The Gal in the Glass – She’s the gal to please. I can look her straight in the eye. I live from within, more and more.
2. Making decisions seems easier now. I don’t have to be perfect – perfect doesn’t exist. I just do my best. Every day. No need to hem and haw about decisions.
1. I procrastinate much, much less – This is my most empowering lesson, or success. What a timesaver! I get much more done: I Do It Now! 🙂
All this basically leads back to the ultimate epiphany:
Time is my most precious “commodity”. I’m smarter about how I choose to “spend” it.
Hey you are on it Ilona!! It is so to the point, with real and tangible accomplishment. I like your blog because it is so easy to read.
I also like how the pictures represent Health.
Aw, how sweet Elaine. SO glad you like it! 🙂 And my pictures too….these I took myself. So they’re not perfect but I sure love them……
Ilona,
This is a QUALITY piece! Kudos to you for all your realizations.

Ilona, Love every bit of your post….your summary and putting things into perspective.
I find I accomplish a lot more by not watching TV or wasting time with FaceBook etc.
You should see all the little things that are getting done in my home..amazing!

Just wonderful…while ALL the reasons are GREAT …..it’s #3 that tells the tale
There’s something wonderfully relaxed about people like you who actually meet with the gal or the guy in the glass every night….and, it’s obvious, you are doing your best.
BRAVO, great insights
Mark, thanks so much. You just made my hour, day, week, month and year!! 🙂 So appreciate your kind words!

Thank you for sharing your lessons…My favourite was “6. I feel more ‘free’ in expressing myself, on the MKMMA blog and the newsletter/blog posts I create for my business, and I need less time writing. Why? I have an idea, I edit it, I publish. No more questioning myself for a looooooong time”.
Aww thanks for sharing! It is really amazing, and so freeing…I just responded to a potential client email….and I said what I needed to, I stood behind it (internally in my mind) and I sent it off. What they do with it is up to them. I no longer wonder, “Was that good enough?” Instead I am going to read some affirmations and creating some gift labels for our family gift exchange. I got some lovely red circles. Each one I write will remind me of my red goals 🙂
Ilona this was great I’m excited to see your progress I enjoyed the read, I’m not quite there yet but I’m keeping at it.
Fred – I most definitely am a work in progress, too, but it’s so great to see….progress 🙂 Thanks so much for your comments!
Ilona, this is absolutely incredible. The Law of Growth is happening and I’m so excited for you. Again, you are going to help so many with your writing and your work. Enjoy, Carol
Carol, thanks so much for your very, very kind words – I appreciate them and YOU! 🙂
